On Wednesday 15th April in the Parish of St Deiniol and St Asaph, Pembrokeshire, Fr Gordon Tall officiated at the Memorial Service for Thalia Fullilove, affectionately known as Bunny. At around the same time as the service, a spitfire flew by in a remarkable coincidence to a lady who had been active in the military services.

Fr Tall writes:
Yvonne and I met Bunny when we came to St Dieniol’s St Asaph’s with St Giles 5 yrs ago, this wonderful lady made us most welcome. She was a stalwart of the Church and read the Old Testament and Epistle readings with joy, Bunny opened her bungalow to our Church for regular bible study. So, she will be very sadly missed.
Bunny was a keen gardener and a volunteer in the Castle grounds at one time, a WREN and WRAF officer. In her illness it was a pleasure and honour for me and Yvonne to be by her bedside praying for her and also giving her the Last rites. Eternal rest grant unto her.
