The Order of St Michael – the ACC Scouting Award for Scout Leaders

During the XXXIII Diocesan Synod’s Business meeting the Bishop presented Mr Lee Wilson with the ACC’s chief Scouting Award, The Order of St Michael, which had arrived only two days before from the Archbishop’s office in the USA.
