The Bishop is pleased to announce that Fr Osmond Newnham has transferred to the Diocese from episcopal care of The Right Reverend Samuel Banzana and the ACC Province of South Africa, and has been granted the Bishop’s PTO as a retired priest. Fr Newnham was ordained in the Church of England in 1958 by the Right Reverend William Louis Anderson DSC, Bishop of Salisbury, after studying at the College of the Resurrection, Mirfield. After a distinguished ministry in the Church of England having served in a number of Parishes and for 24 years as a Chaplain to HM Armed Forces, he joined the ACC in 1996 and then ministered in the HCC-WR until 2022.
