The Bishop and Council of Advice have announced a change of the location of the XXXII Annual Synod of the Diocese of the United Kingdom. The Synod date remains the same, Saturday 4th May 2024, but the venue will now be at the Cathedral Church of St Augustine of Canterbury, Painters Forstal, Kent ME13 0DU. The day will begin with a Pontifical High Mass at 11am and after a lunch provided by the Parish, the business session will commence at 1:30pm in the Fyfe-Graham Parish Room.
The Synod was to have been held on the last day of the Diocesan Retreat to Whalley Abbey, Lancashire, however, the Retreat has been postponed, necessitating a change of venue.
