The Bishop has issued the Writ of Summons to the XXXI Diocesan Synod, to be convened on Saturday 29th April 2023 in the Pro-Cathedral of St Augustine of Canterbury, Eastling Road, Painters Forstal, Nr Faversham, Kent ME13 0DU.The Day will begin with a Solemn Pontifical High Mass of Votive for the Holy Ghost at 11am, with a buffet lunch following. The business session will begin at 1:30pm. The Revd Dr Miles Maylor, Parish Priest of St Deiniol & St Asaph, Pembrokeshire will be our preacher this year.
Unfortunately Archbishop Haverland will be unable to be with us for the Synod, as we originally hoped. He will, instead, visit the Diocese in May.
