On Saturday 7th April (Saturday in Easter Week) Bishop Mead celebrated a Pontifical Sung Mass at St Augustine’s Church, Painters Forstal, Kent, in the presence of the family of the late Judith Anne Anderson. During the joyous Eastertide Mass, Bishop Damien blessed and dedicated the Church’s new Sanctuary Lamp in memory of Judith.
A brass plaque erected in the Sanctuary of the Church reads:
Our Presence Lamp is dedicated to the glory of God and in loving remembrance of Judith Anne Anderson

After the service Bishop Mead travelled to Dover with the family for the interment of Judith’s Ashes.
