Congratulations to Father Roger Bell who was ordained to the sacred order of priest in the Church of God by Bishop Mead in the Church of All Souls, Bolton, today the Feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist being 24th June 2017. Fr Bell continues as Assistant Curate of the ACC Parish of Our Lady and St Edward who meet for worship each Sunday in All Souls.
Before the ordination the Bishop also received Brian Dunn into the full communion of the ACC.
Afterwards Fr Bell gave his first priestly blessings and everyone was treated to a delicious buffet.
