The video of the Solemn Votive Mass of Christ the Eternal High Priest, to celebrate Bishop Damien’s Silver Jubilee, has been uploaded onto YouTube and is viewable at the link below. The preacher was the archdeacon, the venerable Raymond Thompson. The Altar Server was Mr Roy Hipkiss, Organist Fr Anthony Chadwick, Cantor Miss Catherine Begley. The service was videoed by Miss Megan Young. Afterwards a reception was held at the nearby Pilgrims’ Hotel.
The bishop would like to extend his thanks and deep appreciation to everyone who has sent kind and good wishes, assured him of their prayers and given lovely presents and cards.
