Comings and Goings in ACC

Goings ...The Dean announced in the Trinity Edition of the Diocesan Magazine the sad news that the Mission (and Shrine) of Our Lady of Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne was leaving the ACC to join the TTAC (Traditional Anglican Communion) citing reasons of geographiocal isolation from other Parishes in the Diocese and the need for the more regular ministration of a priest.
Comings ... On a happier note Father Mead also reported that the Parish Church of St Ninian, Whitby, North Yorkshire was returning to the Diocese after leaving the ACC in 1997 with the former Diocesan Bishop Leslie Hamlett.
