On St Peter's Day, 29th June 2003, the Dean on behalf of Bishop Mark Haverland, licensed Father Raymond Thompson, formerly Curate of the Parish, to be Parish Priest of Our Lady of Walsingham and St Francis, Rochester, Kent.
